Booking & Cancellation Terms

All appointments are for professional, non-sexual massage services delivered to hotel guests only.

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Customer cancellations may be subject to a booking/cancellation charge and may not receive a full refund. The final refund amount depends on the timing of the cancellation and whether the therapist has already travelled or arrived.

If the business cannot provide the booked service, applicable consumer rights will be respected.

Final cancellation time limits will be added before launch.
